The Department of Animal Science proudly congratulates Pelden Wangchuk, a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science graduate, on receiving the prestigious Dekid Longchoe Best Graduating Student Award at the College of Natural Resources Graduation Day.
A humble, disciplined, and exemplary student, Pelden distinguished himself through both academic excellence and outstanding leadership. He graduated as the top-performing student in his class, served as the Chief Councillor of the Council for Education, Transformation, and Advocacy (CETA)—the apex student body of the College—and proudly represented the Department of Animal Science at the 6th Student Research Meet.
Adding to this remarkable achievement, Pelden was also selected to deliver the commencement speech on behalf of the graduating class, inspiring his fellow graduates as they celebrated this significant milestone
